Born on June 16, 2008, in Moscow, Idaho, Drew was the beloved son of Roston D. Power and Tricia L. Hensly. He was raised in Elgin, Oregon, where he grew up surrounded by family, friends, and the close-knit community that helped shape his life. Drew was a proud graduate of Elgin High School and the Oregon Youth Challenge Program (OYCP) Academy, achievements that reflected his perseverance and commitment to building a bright future. After completing school, Drew began working at the Boise Cascade Plywood Mill in Elgin.
